HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE HOST HOTEL FOR THE SHOW?
A block of discounted rooms is available at the Hilton Minneapolis to event attendees at a special group rate of $209.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until July 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. central or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY
Check-in at the Hilton Minneapolis begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
To cancel your hotel reservation, call 612-376-1000 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.
WHERE ARE THE GARDENCOMM EVENT FUNCTIONS TAKING PLACE?
The GardenComm Conference will be taking place in the Marquette and Orchestra Ballrooms located on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Minneapolis. Registration will be stationed in the Marquette Ballroom Foyer.
WARNING FOR ATTENDEES AND SPONSORS:
It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Garden Center Conference & Expo regarding hotel reservations.
These companies DO NOT represent the GardenComm Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.
There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the GardenComm Conference and that is to book directly through the Hilton Minneapolis. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
