HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE HOST HOTEL FOR THE SHOW?

A block of discounted rooms is available at the Amway Grand Plaza to event attendees at a special group rate of $189.00 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until July 10, 2024 at 5:00PM EST or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Amway Grand Plaza begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To manage your hotel reservation, click on the hotel link. Cancellation Policy - cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night's room and tax fee.

WHERE ARE THE GARDENCOMM EVENT FUNCTIONS TAKING PLACE?

The GardenComm Conference will be taking place in the ballrooms located in the historic Pantlind side of the hotel on floors 1 and 2 of the Amway Grand Plaza.
