Jennifer Polanz is the managing editor of Green Profit magazine, a trade publication for retail garden centers, as well as managing editor of Inside Grower, a quarterly print publication and bi-monthly e-newsletter for controlled environment agriculture production. She has 20 years of experience in the horticulture industry.
Jen Zurko is Managing Editor of GrowerTalks magazine. She's been with Ball Publishing since 2009 and in the horticulture industry since 2003. Professionally, she loves talking to people, and writing and reporting on the industry. Personally, she loves her family, her cat, music, and Chicago sports (although they don't love her back).

Kelli Rodda is editorial director of Nursery Management, Greenhouse Management and Produce Grower magazines, for which she seeks out and delivers essential information to help green-industry businesses improve their bottom line. She’s visited several hundred greenhouses and nurseries – from mom-and-pops to massive operations – across the United States. She’s also seen some of the most high-tech operations in Holland.
Kate Spirgen is the editor of Garden Center magazine, a monthly B2B publication serving independent garden centers in the US and Canada. She’s an award-winning journalist who’s passionate about connecting garden centers and sharing information that can help them be their best. Kate is also an avid home gardener who loves to grow heirloom tomatoes, herbs and the spiciest peppers she can find for her homemade hot sauces. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio, where she makes the most of a short growing season.

Brian Sparks is the Senior Editor of Greenhouse Grower. A 1997 graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in Communications, Brian has been with Meister Media Worldwide for 22+ years.
