Kim Roman

Kim Roman comes to us from Region 2 in Maryland! She has been a GardenComm member since 2012. Her membership has been instrumental to her success.

She reported, “If it weren't for GardenComm, I wouldn't have had a book published. My GCI colleague recommended me to her publisher, and the rest is history. A few years before that, I got her a job with a large gardening non-profit. We support and promote one another.”

Kim is an author, social media influencer, speaker, teacher, and presenter at extensions and through virtual presentations.

Author of the book ‘How to Garden Indoors & Grow Your Own Food Year Round,’ Kim loves small-space, highly intensive edible raised bed and vertical gardening.

Kim’s next adventure is a book about growing and using culinary herbs for wellness, crafting, cooking, beauty, pets/homestead animals, and more. Look for it in the Spring of 2024.
