It's easy to join and renew your GardenComm membership. If you work in any area of horticulture and green communications industry, GardenComm membership is for you. GardenComm helps members to advance their careers, improve communication skills, market their brands, discover new plants and products, monetize their online presence, enhance photography skills, learn how to get published, sell their expert knowledge and skills, and network with other communicators locally, regionally and nationally.

Determine Your Type of Membership
NOTE: You do not need a sponsor/referral to become a GardenCommUnity member. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Regular Member ($155)
Those actively engaged in professional horticultural communication. Horticultural communication activities include writing, editing, art, photography, public relations, radio and television broadcasting, social media content creators, and any similar activities related to the green industry.
Allied Member ($350-$5,000)
Companies or organizations in the green industry whose business practices are in harmony with the objectives of GardenComm. There are 5 levels to choose from - click here to learn more about the benefits for each level.
Student Member ($25)
Those post-secondary students currently enrolled in a program leading toward a degree or certificate and who is genuinely interested in a full- or part-time career in horticultural communication. Student members must provide proof of current enrollment status to receive student members rates.
Emeritus Member ($50)
A Regular Member in good standing with at least ten (10) preceding consecutive years of membership may, upon retirement from garden communicating, become an Emeritus Member by requesting such status in writing here. Emeritus Members shall be eligible for reduced dues as determined by the Board of Directors.

Network and Make Industry Connections at the Annual Conference
The GardenComm Annual Conference will be held in Minneapolis, MN, 8/1-8/5, 2023. It's an opportunity to develop your professional skills through seminars and workshops, tours of public and private gardens, networking, trade show, previewing and sampling new plants and products, and other special events. There will also be a virtual component with access to the recorded sessions for those who attend in-person, and available to those who can't travel.
Regional Activities
Regional meetings and tours are held in each of the GardenComm's seven regions across the USA and Canada. Meetings are announced in weekly enews and are listed on the GardenComm website. Please contact your Regional Director for upcoming activities.

Power Up Your Skills with GardenComm Power Circles
As a GardenComm member, you are not alone. GardenComm Power Circles are special interest, small groups of 5 to 10 people that meet regularly via phone and/or webinar. Meetings take place every other month on a regular time/day to be determined by the members. These groups will provide individuals with group support and assistance as they work toward specific goals.
